Your product failed and it cost me $38.00 to ship back and you charged me $10.00 to ship back I used it once bought it 1 and a half times. Don't seem right to me I didn't break it it was a defect send my money back I will be happy. If I wanted to spend that much I would purchased from Harley shop with no shipping!
