The website gives good, clear instructions for the return, which was done in a timely fashion...HOWEVER, I tried 4 times to contact them by phone about shipping because I am leaving town. I was never able to speak with a rep., each time told to leave my number and I would receive a call back. This never happened. Lucky for me, the new cover arrived before I needed to leave.

I was able to find the product I wanted but I was not able to complete a purchase, twice. I had to call the 800# to complete the transaction.

Stitching around the handlebar area was inferior and restitched. Sloppy job on restitching

Very unhappy with your return policy still have not received our warranty item it has been over 2 weeks and still have not received the item as of today

This is the first warranty return I have done in 3 years. I probably sold over 50 of them. The replacement came through UPS without a box. The display box is ripped and taped and not in resellable condition.
