About 5 years ago I bought a new to me Burgman 400 scooter. Not having a garage I went on the Burgman forum and asked for suggestions for a good quality cover. The Dow Co was highly recommended and it came with a lifetime warranty. Well after 5 years it became threadbare and very worn. But true to their word dowco replaced it for free! I would have given dowco five stars as I loved the cover and the fact that they stood behind their product, but, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Being in my sixties and not very computer savvy I had a difficult time getting a response via email and forget trying to find a phone number on their website. I had to search the web to find a phone number for dowco and then had to go through a series of loops to leave a message which took days to respond. It shouldn't be that hard to speak with someone for 5 minutes to see if they would help you and stand behind their product. Again I would give the dowco cover of five star rating but there's customer service get to 3 at Best.

Ordered cover and alarm 8/7. Retail box of cover was opened, the alarm was stuffed inside. Then clear packing tape was placed over both ends, then shipping label was slapped on the outside of retail box and shipped as-is. Cover has look and feel of quality, but was to small (2017 ZX-14 size Sportbike). I called a dozen time over the course of several days, no one ever returned my call. I then sent a email, which was returned that same day. Had to pay for box and packaging to return cover because it was not shipped in a box. RMA# emailed 8/14, return received 8/21, refund issued 8/24, bank posted refund 8/29. The only reason I did not request a larger cover was because I was never able to speak with a live person. The cover was the best I have ever seen, but if I have a warranty issue I think I would be on my own. So I bought another brand.

I got a new cover from you & it leaked, you did good & mailed me a new one but the new one leaks too, it is the zipper on top the is leaking, you need to make them so they don't leak when you zipper up the cover, my motorcycle is outside all the time day & night that's why I got one from you, I never had a problem with the other one I got from you years ago, you should make the zipper better, I don't want other cover, I will make this one work. Thank you

I have a 07 Roadglide Motor trike conversion . The material used is a good quality. The cover does not fit it is to short and is not wide enough. If the width and length were corrected it would be a perfect cover. I called your phone number and talked to your representative and she said the cover that I received. Is for Big Harley's with Motortrike kits.
