Warranty Satisfaction
I purchased a lifetime warranty product 9 years ago. The zipper broke this year and the cover was deteriorating and ripping a bit. I filled out the information on the website and mailed in the tag and a piece of the cover as instructed. About 2 weeks later I received a brand new cover. The experience was simple and i'm a completely satisfied customer. Nice work making the process simple for the customer. The only improvement i would recommend is a confirmation email once you receive the mailed in piece and send out the new one.
