Dowco makes warranty service easy. I love my Dowco covers I have about six of them

Dowco was excellent in sending me a new motorcycle cover that was covered under your warranty.

Today after I called U.P.S. for the 3rd time. They told me to call Dowco as U.P.S. could not locate my cover. I was really dreading the call. This was a replacement cover under warranty conditions. I was expecting a very different call than the one I actually got. The rep said no problem will send another one out within 2 days, and if U.P.S. finds the other one, just keep it. You can't beat the people at Dowco or their Warranty. This is my 3rd cover from them. I will not buy from anyone else. Darryl Cook.
