[CEVA] Douxo US

Arrived in a decent amount of time. Satisfied with the product.

I purchased the regular shampoo (dark blue bottle) based on the DOUXO website descriptions. I like the shampoo, but I wish I had purchased one of the medicated shampoos, like Ophytrium® DOUXO® S3, because my dog is still itching.

I ordered the DouxoS3 calming shampoo and mousse which arrived in two different mailings. Although the prices were great for both items, the delivery for the mousse wasn't. The mousse arrived on May 15 with significant leakage inside the bubble wrap and plastic bag. I sent an email to Duoxo about the issue but still haven't heard back from them 2 weeks later. As far as quality is concerned, my dog doesn't seem to be scratching as much after his bath with the calming shampoo. Yay! I haven't used the mousse yet so I can't leave a review for that.

I received the item and 1/3 of it leaked out in transit in spite of the bubble wrap enclosure. I sent an email to inform and did not receive a response to my email.

I received my order a few days ago and it had leaked out all over and the sprayer was broken I sent two emails 2 emails and haven’t heard anything back. Will not be purchasing again
