Excellent product, horrible customer service. Multiple phone calls and VM's no answer, no call back. Multiple emails no response. This product is available on Amazon. Strongly suggest this option.

Three baths and she’s still scratching licking and chewing no improvement

Never responded to my email explaining the soap came damaged in the mail and leaking.

ordered two things- one was the wrong product completely the other was only half full because it opened during shipping, tried to return it and heard nothing from customer service

I purchased 2 bottles of the product and they both came damaged. They were leaking, the plastic that they were in. You can tell. They had plenty of suds in them. I sent an email to the company 2 of them and they never responded to me at all.
