[CEVA] Douxo US

I purchased the regular shampoo (dark blue bottle) based on the DOUXO website descriptions. I like the shampoo, but I wish I had purchased one of the medicated shampoos, like Ophytrium® DOUXO® S3, because my dog is still itching.

ordered two things- one was the wrong product completely the other was only half full because it opened during shipping, tried to return it and heard nothing from customer service

I purchased 2 bottles of the product and they both came damaged. They were leaking, the plastic that they were in. You can tell. They had plenty of suds in them. I sent an email to the company 2 of them and they never responded to me at all.

Did nothing to eliminate scratching at all

Received product half empty as the bottle leaked all over the packaging and itself. Not worth the cost.
