Three baths and she’s still scratching licking and chewing no improvement

Never responded to my email explaining the soap came damaged in the mail and leaking.

ordered two things- one was the wrong product completely the other was only half full because it opened during shipping, tried to return it and heard nothing from customer service

I purchased 2 bottles of the product and they both came damaged. They were leaking, the plastic that they were in. You can tell. They had plenty of suds in them. I sent an email to the company 2 of them and they never responded to me at all.

Did nothing to eliminate scratching at all
