Been waiting in meds for 2days

It’s been 3 months still no meds. Only sent Covid test still charging me for meds I haven’t received.

Waiting a month for my refill

No one on the support team has helped me or even given an update after weeks of following up with them. I think no one works there anymore. This was supposed to be more convenient than working with a private practice psychiatrist but it’s so much worse.

Response from my Doctor was very slow. My therapist left done and I couldn’t get a new consultation. Refused to ever make adjustments to my medication until I asked to cancel my subscription. Now they won’t cancel my subscription since every local pharmacy refuses to fill anything for Done. Get a local doctor to prescribe for you.
