Done doesn’t return phone calls

Done doesn’t return phone calls or refill prescriptions on time or sometimes EVER but they’ll still keep charging YOU for the subscription. My prescription is now almost 30 days overdue and no one wants to assist me! I’m going to report this company to every single regulatory and government agency I can find.

It takes forever to get

It takes forever to get a visit. They recommend a pharmacy and then scriptx and done communicate super poorly so you have to wait months to get Medicine or an answer back.

Terrible. You knew your Utah

Terrible. You knew your Utah providers were leaving and did nothing to replace them. You also did not alert customers that their prescriptions wouldn’t be refilled. Now I’m in a queue for a month for one of your covering providers to fill my refill. If you knew I would be without a refill why was I not automatically moved to a covering provider before I was out? Whoever handled this should be gone. Absolute laziness by the C suite but all they care for is the money right? A disruption of service for medicine should be the #1 priority but I guess not. I will be finding a new provider and telling everyone I can to steer clear of you. I am an author in this space as well and will be writing a book on the predatory practices of online medical providers and Done will be named.

WHY SEND THIS WHEN MY

WHY SEND THIS WHEN MY ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED?! The sequence of events: 1. I changed my pharmacy in the portal and messaged my provider to notify her of the change. she confirms seeing my message. 2. she still sends it to the wrong pharmacy. 3. A done agent cancels my rx and the old pharmacy without ever having it rerouted. 4. I return home from my trip and can't pickup my rx bc it was canceled from that pharmacy. 5. I rapidity call Done about having my rx sent again. I am told over and over "we have escalated this issue" 6. it takes NINE days for my provider to send the rx again. despite me being told that it was "escalated" Now I am unable to fill the rx because of a shortage of the drug. This would not have been an issue had Done been responsive. Shame on Done! Shame on my provider!

Horrible company. Customer service is awful. I don’t understand how this place is still in business when it illegally prescribes drugs
