I’ve had multiple issues with

I’ve had multiple issues with my prescription not being sent to or received by my pharmacy over the past 6-8 months. This has led to multiple weeks of going without medication and I don’t really ever get an explanation about what is going on.

Customer service has the problem

Customer service has the problem solving abilities of a 10 year old. I'm still waiting for a resolution. Most of the time they act like they dont care.

Everything has been great up

Everything has been great up until the last 10 days. My membership was cancelled then maybe not cancelled and under review. I have never had to go through this with prior refills. The refill request has been outstanding for 10 days now. I would have given 5 stars if this did not happen.
