All I have received are endless automated emails, some asking me to schedule my first appointment (which I already have completed). I have contacted the support email about the lack of medication and communication I have received since my appointment 5 days ago. Would love to have just made a quick phone call to clear things up, but there doesn't appear to be an alternative method of communication besides sending an email into the void. This service has felt like a bad scam from the start, being charged for a cancelation that I never made and now being unable to reach anyone. So blessed to still get marketing emails when no one can respond to my other email!
