There's a lack of communication

There's a lack of communication regarding when renewal prescriptions will be sent to the pharmacy and when appointments should be scheduled to stay in compliance to continue treatment. The processing of renewal requests have consistently been delayed for me and it's unpredictable when they will be sent to the pharmacy as this varies month to month - this affects my travel plans. The dashboard says "please allow up to 3 days to process your request" but this has never happened within 3 days.

All I have received are

All I have received are endless automated emails, some asking me to schedule my first appointment (which I already have completed). I have contacted the support email about the lack of medication and communication I have received since my appointment 5 days ago. Would love to have just made a quick phone call to clear things up, but there doesn't appear to be an alternative method of communication besides sending an email into the void. This service has felt like a bad scam from the start, being charged for a cancelation that I never made and now being unable to reach anyone. So blessed to still get marketing emails when no one can respond to my other email!

Still don’t have meds. Was

Still don’t have meds. Was canceled and rescheduled over and over again with no confirmation. Can’t talk to anyone on the phone about issues. And again, still no meds after payment.
