X-Ray of shoulder

It took 3 days to get results, which were never sent to my Doctor as requested, until Doctors office requested them 11 days later. I made 8-10 calls to DOC!! Very poor service!

Go to Hospital this facility is not equipped or knowledgable

I had x-ray ’s taken here and the wrong foot was noted on the x-ray disc. I was given a boot for a break in my leg. When I got home the ER doctor said he had never seen a boot like that and why wasn’t my leg splinted? We also had to pay cash. Doctors on Call only take Blue Cross Blue Shield and Hawaiia Insurance Plan. I have Cigna Insurance. Cigna is the 3rd largest insurance company.

My husband George came to urgent care on Monday because his dr only works tues- Friday apparently his evaluation wasn't very thorough because despite taking prescription and following orders he got so much worse he had to see his regular doctor on Wednesday who told him he had full blown pneumonia he could have died and was one step away from being admitted to the hospital and we have 2 young children I like your staff I miss Jessica blank but this has really rattled me and I doubt we will be returning for sickness issues maybe stitches etc if we have to

What Pill Was I Given that made me lose my equilibrium and made me pass out?

I had gone to the Doctors On Call (nurse Shannon Richards) with a bladder infection as I had to get up 18 times to go the bathroom during the previous evening the night of Oct. 17th - morning of the 18th. I was given, supposedly, a Cipro 500 in the front office at the counter which did not look like any Cipro I had ever taken. It was a small round white pill that was very thick. I had not ever seen a pill like that before. She gave it to me as we were almost getting ready to leave at the front counter. At this point she also gave me the prescription for Cipro. She also had written in the med. record that I had Hematuria which I denied having when she questioned me about symptoms. In about 10 minutes after taking the white thick pill I began to feel weak and my equilibrium was off and I was side stepping as I walked in the drugstore where we had gone to pick up the prescription of Cipro. On our way back to the Hotel I was feeling more weak and as we walked to the room I could barely carry the 6 pack of soda and the prescription. A couple who had walked by us turned around and asked if we needed help and I responded immediately, "yes" and they carried the bag with the six pack of soda and the prescription along with my purse which my husband was carrying. (He has had a massive stroke and is weak on the entire left side) I felt like the bag I was carrying weighed 100 lbs. and I could barely carry it. After we got in the room I told my husband I was feeling real light headed and my balance was way off. I headed to the bedroom and he followed me, fortunately, as I sat down on the bed I passed out. My husband was trying to hold me from falling head first into the wall next to the bed and was yelling, "Janet, SIT UP" as I came to. The next morning I went back to see the nurse, Shannon, and asked what pill I was given. She told me she had given me 3 pills in the back room which definitely was not true. She said she had not given me a pill at the counter in the front even though she wrote me a note to that effect which I still have. Also my two Dr.'s that I showed the paper to can't decipher which shot I was given as 2 are listed on the copy she gave me the next day when I went back to find out which pill she gave me. She didn't recall me at all and when the pills were given or not given. My equilibrium is beginning to return to normal as of this week. I have always had excellent balance as I have played racquet ball for 22 years. When I went to the Dr. here I explained to my Internist about my lose of balance and went I went to the Cardiologist for my regular yearly appt. I totally lost my balance in his office on Nov.2nd. If Dr. had not grabbed my upper arm from behind to hold me steady I don't know what would've happened. Don't know if I was actually going to fall or just that I felt I was going to fall as I stepped backward very hard on my heels. I would really like to know what the small round white thick pill was that she had given me to take shortly before we left the office. I also wondered why her eyes were so bloodshot when I came in for the visit. The entire episode was very scary. I have learned I will never take a pill that is handed to me without seeing the bottle and the name of the pill on the bottle. Whatever she gave me was mind altering and very scary. Yes, if the loss of equilibrium was possibly thought from being dehydrated why did it not happen before I had taken the pill in the Doctors On Call office?
