Maui -- part of the USA yet I am told that only "Island Insurance" is excepted there. I have good insurance& I say several others come in that needed to be seen & left because Insurance is not excepted. I was charged a lot of money & had to call the next day for medication. I am back on the main land & still have to go into see my doctor.

An hour and a half of paperwork and screening to remove 3 stitches

I usually love coming to this a place when it comes to emergencies but the last time I came, the receptionist was rude & over charged me even after asking her why. She was acting like I was in the wrong for questioning her and she wasn’t happy about it. I ended up calling the financial department & turns out, she was wrong and the lady on the phone was super nice. Just frustrated I paid cash and had to wait a week to get a check back. The receptionist was rude & not informed with what there rules and regulations were. Other then that, the dr are nice & the rest of the crew was great.

I am a local and am always very pleased with the level of service but had to come in over the holiday period and there was only on Doctor on call during the busiest time of the year - I waited almost 1.5 hours to be seen and was in tears due to the level of pain I was experiencing. The waiting room was packed and people that came in right after me were still in the waiting room when I left. The physician who was working did a great job so that was not the issue - I was just surprised by the lack of staff.

Doctors unable to help and we were not seen.
