Helpful staff and good gear. The only problem was the remote for the ambient lights didn't work and there wasn't clear instructions for those lights so took a while to figure out how to change the settings to what we needed

Everything went well. My only issue was that the lights in the package did not come with pins to stop them from sliding down the stand. On return no one seemed to care or offer any kind of compensation

Mostly great - delivery and pick-up process was sharp and efficient, Neil who delivered and picked up was great and the equipment was mostly top notch. Only issue I had was that the 2 vertical foggers I hired didn't work due to an issue with the remote, so that was disappointing and the pin spots I added for a mirror ball after the original hire were forgotten, but I was refunded for the former and not actually charged for the latter. So I'll be back - this is my 4th hire with DJ Warehouse and no reason not to come back. I'd suggest putting instructions on some of the more complex items, e.g. the foggers and hazer, and what the menu codes of the lights stand for, e.g. which setting is sound-to-light. Many thanks

Equipment and service was excellent as always! Only issue was a laser that wasn’t added to my order (order via email) and a strobe that was ordered but not packed (I should have double checked the packing slip). I was told a credit note would be issued for strobe but haven’t received that yet. Cheers, Lachie
