Service was good apart from the flow tables weren’t properly charged and three only worked for 2 hours

Did the job, mic was broken though- wish it was checked before hand as it was too late once we plugged it in

The gear and price was good but I received a set of untested speakers which ended up being unusable and I had to drive back out to the warehouse to replace them on the day of the event without any compensation. It was too difficult to get in touch with customer support, especially on a Saturday when most events take place. It seems like a staffing shortage that customer support was so snowed under. Although the gear worked well in the end, stress, confusion and disappointment to get there is not really what you want from a professional rental service.

Speaker ran out of battery within 3 hours, instead of 7-10 as suggested by the shop during pick up. Friendly staff though.
