Customer service was excellent from Ben. The product itself was quite awkward to carry and heavy; therefore, instead of carrying to the train, I needed to get an Uber to the function.

the lighting and sound system was really cool. it really made a good atmosphere for a great night and the staff were lovely :-) however if you end up hiring from dj warehouse you will need to get up pretty early to get to the warehouse by 10am the next morning
