The strap on the trunk is made from cheap plastic and broke after one use. Since a 'lifetime' warranty is advertised on the website, I figured it wouldn't be a problem to replace the strap or trunk. Well, apparently the warranty only covers damages or defects discovered within a week of purchase. Not sure how they can call that a lifetime warranty. Very disappointed after spending 1400 for exactly one use. I will be elsewhere for my tradeshow display needs as there are MUCH cheaper options from overseas suppliers.

The graphic to our display that cost me over $1,200 to order was shipped over a week ago to some address in Florida. We live in Arizona! Still waiting on a response from someone at Displays Overstock to contact me after reaching out to them about the error. We received the frame but it does us no good without the graphic cover. Our event is in two weeks!

You need to redo the wrap for the podium. It was not done with specified color for our company logo. Even though you have done other projects for us in the past. I will send photos as soon as possible.
