We received the display and the zipper was completely broken and coming off of the fabric. We had to rig it together as there was no time left to get another one before our show. I reached out to their customer service team multiple times and was never offered any sort of refund or even discount for this really expensive display we will never be able to use again...

Worst experience ever - booth was shipped late and delivery was even more delayed - didn’t have booth at the main event

They sent the wrong item really making our show difficult and have not had the decency to follow up. Would not recommend nor would ever use again.

Absolutely terrible experience. Sent wrong item and after days waiting for the issue to be fixed they mailed it to the wrong address

I approved our graphics for print (which were TWO DIFFERENT graphics for each panel), I received TWO of the SAME graphic!!! We were so disappointed as we have used this company many times and never had any issues. They offered to discuss this mishap and advise what they could do for me after the event. I'm a bit annoyed I haven't heard from them and am too irritated to reach out to them and have my weekend ruined. I'm hoping they can make it right so we can continue being a customer....
