I paid for rush shipping and almost everything was delayed without warning. Many materials missed our event entirely, days after.

I had a horrible experience with display overstock regarding 2 products I needed replacements for. Communication was either non-existent or took hours and sometimes days. Plus, there was never a specific representative assigned to my case so I had to repeat the issues over again. This is unacceptable. It's 2022.

We were shipped the incorrect banner 3X. Was sent instructions on how to install even though I advised them I did not need them. I have had banner for over 10 years. Tried to tell me that I ordered the wrong banner. When I finally received a banner that actually fit, it did not have both of my companies on the banner, as ordered

The first person just stopped responding and I had to call the company to follow up.
