The service was great and very helpful. My order was a breeze and the designers are very nice. Shipping came in fine but when we opened up the backdrop, there was dirt on the backdrop. Now we have to figure out a way to clean the stains.

Quick response and an easy fix, but your shipping costs are more than the product itself.

Received product on the deadline date. Graphics are nicely done but the frame could be more robust for the price. Customer service was disappointing and needs improvement.

While the graphic print is great, the frame itself doesn’t seem stable. We worried the whole show it was going to be bumped. But it did look nice.
