The display looks good when assembled. I was disappointed that some of the pieces came apart during shipping. The plastic end pieces on the bottom had separated and were off on panels 2 & 3. Panels 1 & 4 do not have the end pieces. The top panels were also separating. I took duct tape across each of the panel tops to help keep them adhered. It should work. Velcro will pull the fabric away from plastic panel. There should have been a warning to use very little Velcro to hold up banners/display boards. The fabric will now have to be re-glued in spots. All table top displays need to be handled with tender loving care. That said, the set up instructions could have been better. A team member broke a piece during the first tear down. It is a good value for the money. However, I feel there will be challenges down the road after it has been used a dozen times which will require more gluing. Our people will have to be trained on put up and tear down because it's not intuitive as you might think. Banners and display boards will need to be removed with caution as to not pull the fabric away from the panel. After more uses, I'm sure it will get easier to work with.

The order and design process went well. Display arrived timely. An issue I'm having is that once assembled the waterfall feature with TV mount is about 2-inches shorter than the backdrop section it is suppose to connect to. The connector sent with the display is useless and I am nervous about attaching a TV monitor which is what the display is centered on. Please advise and have someone contact me! I have display set up and can forward photos.

Shipping is a nightmare unless you have someone at the address from 7-6:30. Fed Ex won’t deliver without a signature. Wouldn’t leave with a door tag signed.

Due to some outdate templates on the product page, we had a lot of back and forth with the design team to get our art in the right format. So much so that we needed to purchase faster shipping in the end. Not the smoothest process, but still a good product.

The product itself held up well for the show, easy to put together and dismantle and we hope to use it many times moving forward. Also just so you know southwest even allowed us to check in both cases at no extra cost, Soutwest is awesome. In the future we will definitely want bubble wrap it or something to protect our investment. We initially dealt with Fraser who was great, he went out of his way to make it happen for us as we needed a rush order. Also after speaking with him we felt more comfortable moving forward, he genuinely wanted to make sure that we got what we needed. Our order did arrive a day late due to a shipping error on their end, which ended up costing us more and throwing off our plans for the day. We are still hopeful that they will offer us some money back to at least cover the costs that we incurred, if not the inconvenience. I would never get anything designed here unless it really is your last resort. The designer made us feel like he was doing us a favor despite that we paid good money, and practically laid everything out for a really simple design, that he still couldn't get right, was not pleasant at all dealing with him. Still get upset every time I see the design. I ended up getting a friend to redesign a few things and sent it to him to incorporate, was really not happy about how the design process went,annoying and unpleasant to say the least.
