Good forum to make connections, but content and overall organization was lacking. Talked to several carriers in attendance that didn't feel they would come back.

- Presentations on interesting topics were often too short. - Fireside chat didn't provide much in the way of insight or value. - Not enough actual case studies or "how to's". - Roundtables not very conducive to sharing good info. - Lighting of speakers was poor. - Price was high for what was delivered.

Kind of a hot mess - no communication leading up to the conference. Had to ask the hotel if the event was still happening and where to go. At registration they asked if I had downloaded the app yet...they never told me about it before that moment so no. The first day, the chair person was a mess, mispronounced a lot of guest names and company names. Transition between speakers was terrible, could have used 5 minutes between speakers to move to a new location/restroom etc. A lot of personal lines focused which didn't really apply to me. I get it's the first year they did this but I expected more.

Thought the speakers and content was good. Not as tightly organized as other conferences and a terrible start with the first keynote. Don't know if those 5 minute round table discussions actually add any value. Perhaps because its a new event. Some kinks to work out. Also not sure it was the right audience for us. Lots of middle managers in marketing.

Very little content for life and health. Would prefer to have the power points available after each session
