2 faulty Phantom IIs 98dB. Hours spent trouble shooting. Even under warranty Devialet proposed a free repair not a replacement. 3 months has lapsed since I sent back the faulty speakers and I still haven't received one of the 2 units..

I ordered the rubber feet for the bottom of the Tree. Instead I received the acoustic isolation pads for the top

Terrible service. Product never reached, Devialet was not helpful.
