I ordered an all-black set, but received mixed colors (5 pieces instead of 6), and there’s no clear product description on your official website. After several exchanges with your support agent (Fidèle), I kept receiving contradictory and inconsistent answers, which is surprising for a brand known for precision and design excellence.
I invite you to review this case carefully, as there seems to be a lack of transparency in your product information.
