Hi, I ordered a speaker

Hi, I ordered a speaker (order number: 400025946) on 4/1/2023 for an event on 4/10/2023. I paid for express delivery and was given the delivery estimation of 4/6/2023. However, the speaker was not shipped until 4/6/2023, and delivery date estimation is pushed to 4/10/2023 instead. That said, I will not able to use the speaker as intended. It’s a huge disappointment that Devialet didn’t honor the shipping schedule, especially given that I paid extra for the express delivery. Can you please help resolving this? Thanks, Tung

Is incredible that the order took so long. The reason no room in the airplane. Seriously? I love the brand but the shipping is terrible.
