How can you send me a review for something I haven’t even received yet? It’s been almost a month. Do better!

I wore the shoes for all of half a day and then put them aside. The back of the shoes cut into the back of my foot in a really painful way. This is not what I expected from the Allbirds brand.

Shoes don’t fit very well. I usually wear size 10.5 regular in other brands but I ordered a size up to size 11 per the instructions and the shoes are too small. The sole is narrow at the toe and pinches and the instep has a lot of friction with the tongue of the shoe rubbings and itching. Disappointing and uncomfortable, especially for the $120 price. Would not recommend.

i ordered 9 pairs and only received 3. This was not resolved even after contacting allbirds. I am no longer interested in receiving the rest of my order. I just would like a refund. How disappointing. I hope that I am able to get it in a timely fashion for a change.
