The package arrived poorly. It was the original show box only, not wrapped and with no taping. The box came to my front door halfway open since it was not sealed. The 2nd item(socks) that I bought was just stuffed in the show box. The shoes looks like it was played with since the box was not secured. Not happy and will not buy from Allbirds again. Shoe’s were pricey and could have been treated with respect. If I could rate 0 STARS, would.

I have bought several pairs of allbirds and love them all, except for the navy blue rain proof pair that I bought a couple of months ago. The brown pair in that order fit great, and they are all the same size, but for some reason the navy pair hurts my toes. I thought maybe they would break in, but after wearing them several times nothing has changed. I’m not sure if I need a size bigger or the fit of the shoe just doesn’t work for my feet. If I could still exchange for a different pair that would be great.

I’m very sorry to say that I’m unhappy with the sleeping because it cannot be adjusted (head size) and the nose area is too rigid -therefore uncomfortable. Hélàs!

I have been a loyal fan of Allbirds and have over 15 pair of various styles. The wool lounger had been my absolute favorite. I just received a new pair and was very disappointed to learn they have been redesigned. Three protruding “pillows” have been added in the back heel that feel very strange. The soul is much thicker. The length is 1/2 inch longer than the prior style which means the same size I have always purchased no longer fits. The photo online shows the prior style heel and does not show these protruding lumps which are allegedly to prevent heel slipping. If available I would have been willing to purchase back up pairs of the old style. I was told they are no longer available. So sorry to learn the most comfortable pairs of shoes I have ever owned have been changed and are no longer a part of your offerings. Again if old stock or prior style becomes available please let me know and I will come back.
