Overall great bag but the straps are not very comfortable and cut into the shoulders.

I now have both the 25 and 50L versions of the Aera. I love the aesthetics as a presentable if not fashionable luggage without looking like a techbro piece. For DB: both of them could use more rigid structure so its able to properly stand up when empty / lightly filled. The padding for the laptop sleeve could use more padding on the bottom and outward facing side (and the 50L could use a laptop sleeve to begin with). The 50L could also use a pass through sleeve on the outside to be able to be used with wheeled suitcase handles.

I've been in the Db family for a bit now, I love all the bags I have and love the brand tremendously overall. I wanted a small backpack I could take to the coffee shop and carry just my essentials and not feel weighed down by a bag with extra unused compartments. This bag fits this for the most part. It's light, not bulky, great color scheme and sits well on your back. The only thing is that it only has three zippered compartments: the main, top phone pocket and a front valuables pocket. The laptop sleeve in the bag is just okay and the rest of the main compartment is just open so your stuff is just sliding around. For $100, I'd say it's not worth it. I got it with a $20 discount and that felt kind close to what it should cost. Overall I like it and I like the brand so paying a lil more doesn't always bother me but I don't think this bag should be $100.

The quality of this luggage resembles any of the high end brands such as Tumi, Rimowa, etc, without the markup. Very satisfied with the purchase quality outcome. On the other hand, I was sent the wrong piece of luggage. Due to long email communication reply returns, in addition to not having a customer service phone number for quicker response time, it took over two weeks to clear up the order. It interfered with my trip and I was unable to use one piece of my luggage for my move.

Without the insert don't use this as a camera bag. The exterior is very thin. With the insert it limits the interior space but adds ample padding. It is a light, stealthy bag if you only need 1 body and two lenses. Perfect for run and gun or location, festival type of work. Water bottles don't fit with the insert unless they are very small under under 10".
