Pros- Large efficient use of space with the front opening Strong grab hand at top of bag Large and easy access to the top compartment Cons- Bag constructed with light materials. Shoulder straps are unpadded and on the thin side Zippers don't seem to be heavy duty. Time will tell if they hold up

Delivery took over 2 weeks. Did not get my luggage in time for trip. Would have ordered in Europe if I was aware of the slow shipping turnaround

Did not received purchase but got charged for it….

I can’t review my purchase because Db decided to be shady and send my package FedEx Smartpoat, the slowest option possible, can take up to 30 days. I’m glad I used coupon codes I found online to get 40% off.

I accidentally chose the wrong address when checking out and even though I reached out several days before it was shipped I got ZERO help correcting the mistake. I ended up having to drive 20 hours to pick up my package once it was delivered multiple states away. Just awful service.
