Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the purchased product, as the suitcase arrived with a stain and discoloration. However, we traveled the next day, so it was not possible to return the product.

Too difficult to contact
Sure, it’s easy to send the email, but the back-and-forth of getting questions answered in a timely matter and actually answering the questions I’ve asked was quite lengthy and difficult. Maybe there could be a better way to communicate with your customers more effectively.
