My problem with my bag didnt get anywhere, remains as a bad and ugly bag cause the fabric tear

Have sent in a reguest of a claim two times, never got replay. Thats just sad! Spent 30-40k NOK on luggage and backpacks from you last 2-3 years. Think that will changes in the future. . .
