1 COLOR BROKEN I ASK NEW ONE NO RESPONSE SO FAR

From ordering to packaging to shipping to delivery took way too long. Not great

We are happy with our purchase and love the dazzle dry system but we unhappy to hear that we cannot be on the spa locator feature even after purchasing over 20 colors and the required prep and dazzle dry steps. That is disappointing. We are a smaller salon that was excited to have the additional benefit of dazzle dry users knowing that we offered the products. It is unfortunate that this marketing tool is not available for all locations that offer a wide range of dazzle dry colors.

Didn’t receive my 32oz prep and I reached out 7 days ago and haven’t heard anything. Weird that I would get an email to review a product I haven’t received and haven’t had a return email regarding sending it.

My kit had the 2 spilled and there was nothing left. I contacted support to try get a replacement and it’s been almost a month with no response
