My kit had the 2 spilled and there was nothing left. I contacted support to try get a replacement and it’s been almost a month with no response

We were so disappointed of FedEx delivery. We put this order in Thanksgiving, but it just arrived 3 days ago and all products were frozen because the package was in the truck somewhere that we didn't know. MN's winter is extreme cold and free the contents in the package. If you can tell us that the DazzleDry products are OK and usable after they have been frozen for a period of time.

It was a pack of the same colors, I didn’t understand every time you purchase this pack it’s the same colors. I asked to exchange for new colors and was held responsible for shipping and 30% restock fee. Which isn’t worth the hassle. They don’t accept refunds either. Honestly disappointed as a small business owner and Arizona local.
