Your shipping times are so slow, even by covid standards. At this point I'll wouldnt be surprised if my package never shows up. The shipping insurance company Route is usless and a waste of money.

It’s been a week and my shits in Kentucky so being its a 6 hour ride i give a minus 5 and say your shipping dept sucks. Other than that your the best.
