Been over 2 weeks and haven't had anything

I ordered my piece over 2 weeks ago, and it still says only the shipping label is printed. They will not cancel my order

Deceptive. The site advertises shipping/delivery times that it knows are inaccurate. I am still waiting for an order to just process after nearly two weeks.

Just need a refund. Thanks

Worst online experience in a long time. Not only will I never shop here again. I would never recommend this company to even my worst enemy. Do y'all even know what customer service is? Do y'all know how to read? Y'all made the decision to refund me and then send regular mail are you kidding me? Y'all decided to refund me but you send the wrong item. Are you kidding me?
