Most of the water pipes internals always break after a few months leaving you with crap. I placed my last order on Friday and it wasn't sent out till Thursday. When I complained the customer service person acted like it was a joke. I'm sure my local head shops will be happy you finally pissed me off enough that I will not shop with you anymore.

Ordered my rig on Monday it’s now Friday and it still hasn’t shipped

Cheap products which catch the eye till you actually get it in your hand. Not often do I believe the statement get what you pay for, but with dankstop you do, it’s cheap and most of the time comes broken! Not to mention I accidentally signed up for the monthly smokers subscription which was nice at first, a lighter, some wicks, and rolling papers. Then they apparently ran out of that stuff so instead of replacing the lighter with something else they just leave it out and still charge you the same price for 3 small packs of hemp wick. Total crap, and their customer service workers are rude and mouthy. And no I’m not a Karen, I’m a 25 year old male that has been smoking for over 8 years. This is a joke!
