Been waiting over a week for one of my orders. Was told it shipped from another warehouse to your main facility. Seems odd it would ship from one warehouse to another instead of just shipping to my home.

Site says items ship same day. They do not. It has been 7 days (5 business days) since I ordered and half of my order has not shipped yet.

First impression was decent, but now it’s going down hill. The App is broken. Quick to accept money, but it’s been 2 weeks and my one item hasn’t even shipped yet.

Ordered a grinder 2 weeks ago. They still can't tell me when it will ship. Think I'll be trying to get a refund.....

I have been waiting for my package tracking info or any information on my purchase for almost a month now.
