Never received what I ordered and wasn’t sure I was gonna be refunded.

Have not purchased but by first impression...i may not. I selected to be notified when a certain item came back in stock, i received that email and went straight to purchase and it said out of stock. I reached out and was told the notification email was an error, after i had already canceled an order to have this made by someone else. So now i have neither and continue to wait

My order did not ship same day, next day, or the next business day. I had paid for USPS 2-day shipping, I was refunded for this since they were unable to fulfill the shipping option I had selected. I waited longer than I expected only to receive the wrong colored item. It was a steal for a rio though. Whoever packed my rio maybe had a nice toke before their shift, my order was fulfilled in CA.

I have been waiting for my order to be changed out since the item i ordered, was out of stock and no one had told me so. So i finally got ahold of someone and now i’m in the process of trying to get tracking on this product.
