You did not do well at all

The product was too hard, and upon efforts to return the item to both Daily and Co & Mongze, it was rejected even the item was not utilized in any way. The item had to be removed from the box for us to examine it, and this action voided any chance of return. What a farce. Also do not waste time trying to contact Mongze Customer Support. They will not respond to your mails.

Nothing that yall could do.
