Ordered a king and a queen mattress with two pillows. Pillows came first. Got worried when i didn’t receive the 2 mattresses. Send email to customer service to check but no response from them just because it was a Saturday. Only received response on Monday, a lady called asking me to check email to schedule the delivery, but the email can’t even launch the calendar, wrote email to them and was told system error. If your items are to be delivered separately, do tell in your webpage. Customers like to be informed. I got really worried when the mattresses didn’t come together with the pillows.

Really bad, hard and not comfortable. Would never purchase it again

I'm still waiting for my mattress to be delivered. I ordered it early Nov. Today is 28 Nov. I'm still waiting.
