The only way I can get them to fit is by removing even the smallest end cap that was provided. Not sure what noise reduction I should be experiencing but currently not any. At least it stays in place & no other design has.

No great overall. I was not happy with the fit. These plugs filter so much sound that I can’t hear anything. Therefore unable to participate in conversation… not as advertised. Unfortunately, I will be returning these.
