So, I am still trying to get these to reduce noise. I paid $32 and now I see an under $20. I was so excited to receive these. Your customer service support was fantastic. But after seeing the price on the rate us email I am so frustrated. Returning the item asap.

Terrible product. Those orange rubber ear plugs for a buck work better. I want a refund. I so wanted to love this product
