Absolutely no customer service, the bot at the end of the email doesn't understand and it's not possible to speak to a real person.

During the black Friday sale, my order confirmation and each email I received regarding my order all said "free returns for 30 days", yet when trying to return a product, I was told that during black Friday, all items purchased are not returnable. This really should've been disclosed to me before I made the purchase. Because the return policy is always in flux, I will be finding another brand to purchase from.

I was not happy with the length of time it took to ship my products, over 12 days the status of my order remained the same. Order received. I ended up purchasing a cheaper less effective product to tide me over as I have no idea when my order would be processed.

I didn’t receive my order

I didn’t have a great experience from the start. My package arrived with products opens and leaking. I had to pay a duty on it even though it said free delivery. Getting the product replaced was easy but this shipment they paid the duties for. No idea why they don’t on all packages as they claim free shipping. I did not like products. i found they made my curls feel dry and straw like. I wanted to return as per return policy. It was weeks of customer service ignoring and not responding to my emails requesting return label. I planned on repurchasing some other products to try but after getting the run around from customer service i will not be. I posted my experience on social media and within ten minuets a label was sent, so disappointing it took bad reviews online to get a response. I am still waiting on my refund. Will not purchase from this company again
