Great treatment! My hair feels stronger, with less breakage and more bounce after just a few uses.

I sent a couple of emails about the wrong product I recieved and they never replied back. Bad customer service.

Took too long to arrive

Don't know, I never received the product.

This is only my 2nd time ordering from Curlsmith and my experience has been awful! I submitted my order back on Nov 21st, and I still haven't received my order and it's Dec 20th! They said they were going to send me a replacement order back on Dec 4th when my 1st order got returned to sender, but as of today that order hasn't been fulfilled. I have been in contact with their CSR since Nov 26th but at this point I'm just seeking a refund of my money. Very disappointed
