Products are good, but one of the products I ordered was delivered without safety seal. I tried contacting customer service several times but received no reponse. Dissaitisfied with service.

My hair feels very greasy and my curl definition is gone

My hair is fine, but I have a lot of it. It is curly and in need of moisture. I bought the moisture line as well as the volumizing mousse and unfortunately my hair is VERY frizzy and does not feel moisturized at all. It preforms poorly on my hair type and I have reverted back to using my drugstore products. Very disappointed.

I never received the product and after numerous conversations with curl, they don’t have a record of my order and they haven’t credited me for it yet either. Not happy at all!!!

Product: Curlsmith Shake and Shine does not curl my hair. The product is sticky and heavy in the hair. It does not work. Waste of money. Shipping: good, no delays.
