I made an order about a month ago and have not received my package. I tried contacting costumer support and it has been radio silent! I really just want the products, but it’s hard to like them if their support is nonexistent.

Samples should have been included.

It sucked would like to resolve this asap ,thanks!!!

Took quite a few emails to actually get a refund for damaged product Won't be ordering from here again when this is the way they deliver products

Product was delivered to wrong address by courier and somehow this is my fault. Little being done to rectify… they are opening a ticket with courier. I have very little faith that I will receive the product or be refunded.
