Very little slip when styling

Nice packaging but not with the hype it’s advertised as. Disappointed I can’t return it because Canadians can’t seem to be able to return it which makes no sense to me.

It did not work for my hair It’s really poor customer service because products cost a lot of money but I’m not satisfied by it performed on my hair despite the fact of answering all questions about my hair particularly I really except the management will react accordingly to satisfy costumers needs I would like to rewards for my money I spent!!!!

Products haven't lived up to expectations given how expensive they are. Bought all products according to curl test. Emailed support, no response. If you're considering buying anything, get the smaller versions in case it doesn't work. Overall, my curls are limp and product leaves my hair crunchy. No soft curls, no bounce. Very disappointed

Costumer service has done the bare minimum with one reply and no follow up. I just want the product and I I have not received anything in over a month. Im frustrated. The only way to get in touch with them is by leaving a review. Please, either provide a refund or attempt a delivery!
