Good products but getting help for them via email was exhausting and ineffective. Way too many emails. Overall I’ll keep buying your shampoo but I’ll avoid the website at all costs.

Product was unsealed, not sure if it was returned and then sent to me

I was so excited to receive my products. It leaves my hair feeling tangly and it gets matted very easily. I have switched back to my normal products.

The logistics was perfect, super fast and the package was very nice. However my hair clearly doesn’t like the products. I guess this brand is not meant for my type of hair. It make it very flat, no curls, no volume and quit greasy. It’s Not really the products fault but the marketing makes you think that each product is design for a certain hair type and obviously it isn’t.
